Mr_Burns Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 I think it was Raptor - there was another one out at the same time which was pants. I never hear anyone discuss this flight sim and it was mint at the time, had JDAMs, Supercruise, stealth, decent grafics, spot on ILS landing flying through the letterbox, good tutorials on toss bombings, good manual with maps of all the airports and an all round excellent piece of work - air to ground missions rocked. Think it was by DID but maybe forgetting. You were flying in Eritrea and there were computer controlled Typhoons you could fly upto, reminded me of Lock On. Anyone else remember this?
Pilotasso Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 The SIM you reffer was F-22 air dominace, and then later it became F-22 Total air war by added dynamic campaigns on different maps and full AWACS control. Was neat. .
dawestsides Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 (edited) That was the first game I bought when I got my P4/Radeon9800SE... There was also a funny arcade mode. I really liked it,and spent a lot of time on it. Edited May 25, 2009 by dawestsides [/url]My MAKS 2015 Pictures
Malleus Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 Some dedicated modders are still working on the game. You might want to take a look here and check out the F-22 Total Air War 2008 v1.5 thread.
