I'm running Nvidia Surround with triple 3840x2016 monitors.  Surround is set at 11720x2160.  Yes that is 200 pixels extra width to account for bezel correction.  I"m wanting to stay in surround for ease of transition to other sims (ACC, MSFS, ect...)

My height and width are set at 11720/2160 in the options.lua file.  Monitors=1,

I can launch the game, everything is fine.
I can launch Instant Action, loading screens are fine.

But, when I get to the point where the aircraft comes up, and I'm ready to hit fly, that screen is not fine.  How can I correct this?

Everything is stretched over all three screens.  Is there are setting to separate them where the start screen is stretched but the gameplay is not/or a different setting?

Yes. The GUI and the in game views can have different settings. Could an error there, but it seems you have the in game text displayed, so I'm not sure.
Why don't you have a look at Helios? It will pretty much setup everything for you initially. But you'll have to tinker with bezels and angles.

I was just reading another thread on Helios and MFDs, ect...   I'm looking into it and will see what I can learn from there, although it may give me a work around to solve my issue, I'm really looking for a better solution.  My issue occurs regardless of what aircraft I'm flying.

Helios can give you a head start to set the screens up right, regardless of the modules. It can write the initial monitor file for you, to get rid of that error, and then you can tweak it. You're not going to use Helios to export instruments, yet, in any case with that setup, not have it help you to write the exports for MFDs etc. When you have a working monitor file. Just uninstall Helios, and make sure you comment it out in your export.lua.
It's just a tip.

BTW! If you choose the default 3 screen/viewport setup in settings. Are everything working correctly then? I forgot to ask about that. Because if it does. Forget about Helios, (I'm just a fan), make a copy of that file and start tweaking it. Actually, that's a better idea when I come to think of it.

When I remove Nvidia Surround, and use 3840x2160, 3 Screen, everything is fine.

I just don't understand the difference between the in game play view, and Pre-Game view differences.  When I engage Nvidia Surround (11720x2160) and a single screen, DCS works normal until I go to a missions/instant actions, ect.  Once in game, the viewpoint is incorrect (see pics above)
