MIssion 7 Can't see BIFF

In mission 7 I set up the NET with Group ID 02 and OWN ID 02 as on the knee board, and I can't see BIFF at all on the TAD.  I know in the briefing documents it says I won't see him till he starts his taxi, but I can't see him after he starts moving, nor can I see him when he is on my wing (again on the TAD).  I saw in another thread that people were having issues seeing BUZZARD flight, but I didn't see anything about not being able to see my wingman.  Also, just for clarification, in the July 4th mission I was able to see him on the TAD just fine and got him hooked so he would show up in the HUD.  Am I doing something wrong?  Thanks.

Any idea on this yet?  I saved a track file through where Biff joins on my wing if that would help at all.  I would attach it but it's too big for here.  I'd really like to continue this campaign.  Thanks.

The datalink system changed since the campaign was built and I am having trouble making it work. Surely you can continue with the campaign though even if you don't see Biff on the TAD?

Well, yes assuming that I can see the flight of F-16s later in mission 7, since I assume that part is integral to the mission  I couldn't the first time I tried it, that's when I stopped the flight.  If not I guess I can skip #7 if it doesn't affect the rest of the campaign.  What gets me is that in the previous mission where you fly the Just 4th flight I can see him just fine, hook his aircraft, everything.  All that worked just fine.  And I don't think that I did any updates between when I flew that one and when I first flew #7.

OK, just to let you know.  I finished up MIssion 7.  Still could not see Biff, and on Buzzards first target I couldn't see them either.  But on their second pass I could see Buzzard flight and the SPI that they were designating just fine. 

Also, flew Mission 8 last night.  On the taxi out and enroute to the range I could not see Biff on the TAD.  But when I switched back to the TAD when we were about  20 miles from Nellis there he was, and I could watch him orbit at the truck stop.  Go figure.

This is happening to me as well.. Can not see Biff nor can I see Buzzard's flight.  But unlike @atrcaptainjohn I was not able to see Buzzard's flight on the 2nd path.. They never showed up on the TAD.
