What is the relationship between the new Launcher and Module manager. For example lets say I need to remove some terrain or other modules to free up space for an update. The aim being to reinstate these modules post update.

Can this been done directly through the new Launcher by selecting then clicking delete ?

Does this affect the number of activation's I have for that module ?

Alternatively does the above need to be done through the Module manager ? As I recall module manger had/has issues with MT.

There hasn't been a limited "number of activation's" for modules for a number of years now.  You need to log on and authorize, but that's it.

Yes, you can add and remove modules from the launcher. The initial issues with it was with FC3/FC2024, and nothing to do with ST/MT.

So module manger is effectively now redundant ?

Wouldn't say that. It's nice you can do it both places. Like now, when a new DLC is released. You can update without starting the SIM, and then install the DLC. And then in the SIM for some reason you want to disable or uninstall DLCs, you can.
