user error Cant enter waypoint offset range of more than 66 NM

Hello,

I'm getting a weird error where I can't enter a waypoint offset of more than 66NM. If I try to enter a larger value it flashes error. If I enter a larger numerical value into smaller units (e.g., 100 meters). I can then enter same same value into NM which will still flash error. but will move the offset to 100 NM.

Offsets are range-limited to the following (correct to the real aircraft):
- 400,000 feet
- 122,000 meters
- 66 nautical miles
- 133,000 yards
