JupiterJoe Posted October 31, 2024 Posted October 31, 2024 (edited) the video below you'll hear the wing-sweep sound effect from an AI F-14, (I recommend you use your headphones). It's subtle above the engine noise, but it's there. This effect is not present on the player's aircraft and I think that's a shame. In real life you may not be able to hear this with your helmet on etc, but you might be able to feel it through the seat of your pants and that's what some sound effects in DCS are meant to represent, the vibration. Anyway, I'd like this effect very subtlety audible from the cockpit (as with DLC), as well on the exterior. The soundscape on the F-14, like the model itself, is a masterpiece.
