When I overflew the IED site at around 100 Ft, the wounded started getting loaded aboard. That is to say, I never had to land, or even hover, to take the casualties aboard.

Same, the wounded were loaded as I was slowing down to hover and land. They completed the loading sequence before I touched down, so I didn't end up landing at all.

Before or after IED explosion?

After the explosion, and after you're getting called in for pickup of the wounded. I overflew the stricken vehicle, to decide where to land, and that's when the wounded started to get loaded.

Thank you guys.
I wasn’t able to replicate the issue.

Here’s the setup in the Mission Editor: I’ve configured the check to detect a landing by monitoring the position of your collective. If the collective is near idle while you’re within a specific zone, it assumes the player has landed, as that collective position isn’t typical during flight or landing approach.

I think what may have happened is that, during your flyover or approach, your collective was set very low—possibly due to an aggressive approach—and you entered the zone, which triggered the landing check. Just to be clear, I’m not suggesting anything about your flying skills 😎🙈

I’ll adjust the landing trigger with some additional checks to prevent this from happening in the future.

Current build for this date, big patch came out earlier this week that changed scripting stuff.

I flew up to hotel and placed the cargo on the helipad down the road from Hotel and nothing/nada/zip/zilch et al.

I used auto unhook, maybe that was the issue?

Hi @Scarecrow

I will make a test flight later today, to see what is going on.
I do not use a script to check if you have placed the cargo, it is pretty simple vanilla editor stuff using cargo unhooked in zone.

But one thing, are you sure you are at Checkpoint Hotel? You have written "helipad down the road from Hotel". The Helipad a Hotel is within the checkpoint. This sounds more like the UN Depot East, where the helipad is down the road. 😎 A bit north of Checkpoint Hotel.

Nevertheless I will take a look.

Disregard last, yes my navigation sucks😔.

I went into the mission editor in the brief and used the ruler to get headings for the delivery part of the mission.

I appreciated the provision of a heading to take for the surprise part, that helps for incompetent navigators

If you wanted to make your campaigns ultra noob friendly stick a FM homing on everything, but that's your design decision to make.
