Radar Elevation Axis

The real M2000C throttle has a radar elevation wheel but no such axis exists in the control bindings, just discrete up or down. Is there a way to add a radar elevation axis to the controls or does the developer have to add that?

The real 2000's antenna elevation control on the throttle looks like a wheel but it is actually a "2 button wheel" as explained in the official manual page 43.

So it's why it is not possible in DCS to bind that to an "axis".
