It has been bugged since forever. 
You can’t start it. Only gets to the map. If I change waypoint from hot from ramp to hot from ground. It works. 
one have to move the chopper south east in order to not be in the brink of the heliport. 
this is a very good mission for avoiding Sam’s while training slingloading 

I have no idea why takeoff from ramp hot will not work in this mission

Yes I can. I had that with damaged cargo in the chinook

This is still broken. It wont start since there is no Mi8 unit in the mission

If you open the mission in mission editor and replace the mi 8 hot on parking with hot on ground the mission will work. You will however have to tweak the position of the chopper so it stay on the heliport
