Mission 4 - debriefing window instead of the next task

As in the title - after fence-in I have got "loading next task" briefly displayed and then screen changed to the Debrief window.

Is there any chance to restart the mission at the second task w/o re-doing startup and departure?

If you do a search here you’ll see it it happens sometimes, it’s a core dcs bug that randomly pops up and cannot be fixed from within the mission editor. 
 

you can open and play any specific stage directly from the campaign’s folder

 

also try removing all your unofficial mods and running a repair
