no bug Flag more than, has stopped working

I've used this trigger many times, but now it won't work

 

First I had a trigger set to a bridge exploding, that would also trigger flag on.

I set flag more than 5 seconds to activate a group, that group never activated.

So I found work around there,

But now I have a large force in infantry and armor set to move to waypoint on a trigger of Flag more than 180 seconds. I have also set artillery to fire on the same trigger, 180 comes and goes, but nothing happens, none of the triggers get triggered.
