Lixma 06 Posted December 3, 2024 Posted December 3, 2024 (edited) It was driving me mad why the pitch trimmer was so flaky but it turns out roughly 50% of trim inputs are being ignored by the aircraft. Compare the number of inputs (how often the hat switch moves) to how many times the joystick/plane actually responds. And when it does respond it's in very coarse/large increments. It all makes trimming a nightmare. Edited December 3, 2024 by Lixma 06 1
Maxthrust Posted December 4, 2024 Posted December 4, 2024 Yup it kinda sucks, but I learned how to trim with throttle if you were trying to fly level. Think of it as a manual gearbox hehe
