Hi.  Weasels in my first paid campaign and really enjoy the details and missions.  I'm completed #4 last night.

I'm not sure I understand how I'm supposed to interact with menu/comms on a few things. 

1. My wingman and I destroyed the req'd targets and the helo team did their job.  So, I immediately started my egress to steerpoint 6.  Was I supposed to tell my Wingman to RTB with me?

2. After the attack, all my steerpoints / nav bearings were way off - so I steered my way home looking at the HSD.  I believe this is a DCS / Viper thing, but appreciate any help on how to resolve this (think it applies way outside this campaign too).

3. As I approached H4, I went to comms menu and really think I had the right channels dialed into COMMS 1 radio, but there was not an F10 action available so I could not do arrival/approach comms with ATC.  I looked at message history but doesn't look like I missed any steps.

Hi glad to hear you're enjoying!  To answer your questions:

1.  Don't RTB until the mission tells you, the comms should always be clear and there will be message in the top right when it's time to leave.  This will be either on the completion of the mission (successful or not) OR if you select the abort mission option form the F10 radio menu.

2.  This is how the Viper works, when you slew the TGP or radar if applies an offset to the sensor point, this offset also affects your waypoints so all the symbology on the HUD will be way off.  To fix it simply press CZ (cursor zero) on your HSD and the offset is cleared.

3.  All H4 comms will be on COMM 2 (VHF freqs), so possible you were on the wrong radio?

WOW - very helpful on the offset... didn't know I could CZ from HSD, which I think might also be TMS down 2x (i'll try)
hmm, i'll definitely try again but feel confident I was in VHF (the 100 series of freqs).  I've been in wrong freq before, but there's still an F10 option - but last night there was no F10 at the time I was flying back home.

No worries, I will be flying more and probably just a user error.

Yes I think that's correct, TMS down x2 works as well I believe.
