kyleh613 Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 I noticed the FAQ says that the Eagle Dynamics website does not allow for paused downloads and you need to obtain the whole thing at once. How come ED doesn't just set up a torrent server that only users who purchased the game can download from? It will allow users to pause and continue their downloads whenever they want, and users will be able to share the files, which in theory will make the download go faster.

That would be inherently insecure. I personally would use Steam, and allow the people who bought the download version to activate the keys on steam (might also be beneficial to get extra exposure....)
