propeler Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 It depends on module. Some modules have more or less appropriate. But most have generic. Some prop planes have load depending on speed and some buffeting. None have effects of landing, damage, gunfire and many others. That's why all hardware solutions available use telemetry in some extent to generate more effects. Native effects are petty rudimentary.
erniedaoage Posted February 7 Posted February 7 All modules have generic support (haven't tested the mig19 from my signature, but everything else seems to have ffb for me). Generic support like the Stick moves with the trim in game. Stick gets heavier in the ww2 birds as you increase speed, feels lump when you loose your elevator. In the F5 you can feel the limiter on the roll axis, so you need a little bit more force to push through to full deflection. F14 and F4 have special FFB options and effects integrated in the module itself. All of that you get with a microsoft ffb 2. All newer ffb sticks, like the rhino, moza, brunner and ffbeast use their own software, to get telemetry from the game and generate their own effects.
