known issue Moving Map Does Not Update Position when ENU On

There is a thread about this that was closed, but the issue is still around.  Tracks provided.  Basically, if the ENUs are powered on the map position never updates.      What position powers on the ENUs makes no difference.   I do not often fly the CH-47F.  The first time I noticed this problem was this patch.

If you leave the ENUs powered off, it seems to work fine.

I have not checked to see if this is tied to the client/player slot designation.  Multi-player server vs. single-player mission as built does not make a difference.

DCS Version: 2.9.11.4686 (2024-12-24)

EDIT:  I noticed that a hot start on the ramp results in ENUs powered on and the moving map work.  However, the system warnings "ENU 1/2 available" are active.

This is a known issue for some time. The DCS: CH-47F inertial system is still being worked on. For the time being, don't operated the ENUs.
