Radio stops working on respawn

[Laxxor]

1. Load into a slot, any module with compatible VOIP radio
2. verify raidio fucntional with other pilots
3. fly around and crash / get blown up / eject
4. respawn in same slot
5. radio receives, but no longer transmits
6. move to another slot / release existing slot
7. reslot into previous 
8. radio functional again
