Low FPS on all missions

I bought the campaign yesterday to get more flight time with the F-5. Unfortunately I get around 9 FPS on all missions.
If I load up a mission with the F-5 not from this campaign I get around 50-70 FPS.
DCS says it's CPU bound, but it says that all the time, even when I have 70 FPS.
This never happened to me before, all my modules run great, even the F-5.

Any ideas what could be it?

I would wait until ED fixed this issue and then revisit the missions.

Also, you may want to wait for the update on the campaign.
