HomoPrintus Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Hi! Been stuck right on start here... First of all - I can't find any targets near Omaha. Tried everything - active pause slewin TGP all over the place and none. AFAIK, you can create new waypoint with grid coordinates and just WPDSG your TGP to it. But ordinary grid coordinates are 6 digits and here we have NQ and 8 digits. If you print NQ and 6 digits, target WP is 27 km from the place which is odd... OK, skip that and moving to the bad guy. I flew next to him and no messages being sent to it. Nothing happens. MB I do something wrong here...
unlikely_spider Posted January 18 Posted January 18 With Precise selected, enter 10 digits by adding a zero after each group of numbers. So, if they tell you "1234 5678", you'd enter 12340 56780. 1 Modules: Wright Flyer, Spruce Goose, Voyager 1

And pay attention to the split where you need to put the zero. If they give you 8 digits you need to split them 4 and 4 and add a zero to the end of each of those.
Raisuli Posted January 25 Posted January 25 FLIR is also your friend, but don't tell anyone. Fortunately I don't speak Suomi so I didn't hear the instructions to use CCD. The road really pops in FLIR, though, and is much easier to follow. Once you get the hang of it either way works. I had to break out for a while and learn how to AP my way around a point on the ground (with about 250 IAS) to find the targets and conserve gas in the process. First time I tried it I spend DAYS looking for her contacts!
