Vekkinho Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 Hi all, lately with a new rig being functional I noticed many occasional issues with keycommands in LOFC. I use TM Cougar and I tried many various profiles, remapped some keys in LOFC/Options/Input but it doesn't help... Now what's actually happening? Sometimes but not always, during WVR combat when I'm in a VS radar mode (key 3) with radar on (I) and target locked (Tab) I press the trigger (Spacebar) to release the selected weapon or to fire guns but instead level flight autopilot gets activated! At the same time this happens my TIR stops responding but only in pitch and yaw axis while zoom in/out stays functional. Now, I changed some keycommands in LOFC/Options/Input to make sure some key combos get simplified to a single key press, I cleared most of the commands I never used such as snapviews, camera and track edits etc. and I've created my Cougar profile accordingly. Weird keycommands get generated if I pull on the stick and press Fire at the same time. Like I said, this doesn't always happen but it does in most crucial moments of the combat. In order to restore TIR functionality I need to Alt-Tab out of LOFC, select TIR window and return to LOFC again... Dunno why this happens, I haven't found any reasonable answers so far and I don't succeed in purposely generating conditions for it to happen but I haven't had this kinda problems never 'til the last 2 months on a new rig. I'll try reinstalling DX9c to see if it helps, if not I'll reinstall entire LOFC and finally OS (Win XP) if I have to. I'm just getting tired of trying to pinpoint the problem so I thought I'd share it with all of you and ask for some advices in case you had similar trouble! Cheers! 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Are you trying to force a resolution via the shortcut for widescreen, skip intro or anything like that? I havent had issues with these, but some do.Anything else change 3 formats ago? Just how long was 3 formats ago?You have cleared game cache? No issues with NV chipset, 4GB of ram and x64? Have you updated DX9? Might have some audio stuff that might help some issues...dunno. Definately interesting that it was working, Im hoping its something thats changed tbh...you have a solid build, is it stable? No other game crashes atm?

Thadway Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 Keycommand issues Hey all. I seem to be having weird glitch issues with Vista 64x... I cant see any of the chat column on the right when playing online. Also, when cards are played they stay there even after being moved. Its really "buggy" I tried the compatability options, no luck. Anyone else have similar problems or know how to fix it? Thanks.
