Kilian.les Posted January 31 Posted January 31 Hey everyone, I have the following problem: even though I have all possible settings for anti-aliasing enabled, my image still looks extremely pixelated. This issue has only started happening recently. Has anyone experienced the same issue or is this normal at this resolution?
Art-J Posted January 31 Posted January 31 Apparently MSAA has been problematic for months. More on the subject here: Have you tried other anti-aliasing methods? 1 i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
Kilian.les Posted January 31 Author Posted January 31 Aight, thanks for the fast answer ye i did, but there was no big changes..
MAXsenna Posted January 31 Posted January 31 @Kilian.les I'm on my cell, so I guess I can't see the complete picture. It does seem pixelated though, and to my knowledge, anti-aliasing won't help you with that, only make jaggiee and shimmering better. Have you deleted the FXO and Metashader2 folder under Saved Games and performed a full repair. There exists other shader folders one can clean out, while I don't remember them from the top of my head. You haven't applied a Reshade option you've forgotten about? Cheers!
Kilian.les Posted January 31 Author Posted January 31 I think ima just do a proper reinstall maybe that helps. Ye i did perform a full repair and deleted the shaders...

Ye i did perform a full repair and deleted the shaders...That won't help you, the updater.exe installs/upgrades/repairs the whole game. To get the game back to vanilla perform a full slow repair and rename the DCS folder under Saved Games. A re-installation is just a waste of time. Latest drivers?
