Highly unlikely. These must be hardcoded, otherwise we wouldn't have to wait for ED tweaks to AI flight and ground units behaviour, which they started improving last year. 1 1 i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
intruder11 Posted February 10 Posted February 10 You can also add extra weight to the AI via lua scripting (setUnitInternalCargo trigger action) to reduce their effective performance.
