missing info gps time not showing in one server

as the title says. this results in not being able to use datalink (after serach inprg it shows nothing), take coordinates from the map (ends up somewhere other wpt). gps time not showing in ded, just time

 

it's specific to one server, so could this be somekind of time setting in the server?

If the DATE is set before Mar 29, 1994 GPS didn't exist so you won't get any GPS data.
