The 1F-4F-1 doesn't list the usage of TERs on the outer pylons for Mk82s and lists the loadout that we have in-game and in the 1F-4E-1. Also IIRC the reason why the German weapons were added recently was because of them being mentioned in the US 1F-4E-1.
