Is your ins in the proper ifa position or gps, and not in the startup position (cv or ?)

Asus Z-170E, Intel i5-6600K @ 4.2GHz, 16GB RAM

MSI GTX970 Gaming 4G

The line is tilted that way because you are using high drag bombs from a relativly high altitude with strong crosswind blowing. Get lower and the line becomes more straight. Fly from a different angle to limit effect of crosswind on your bombs.

What you also see is a bug, the F-18 in DCS does not distinguish between High Drag and Low Drag settings for high drag bombs. The computer always applies High Drag into its calculation.

Yup. You are dropping retarded ordnance in a hefty crosswind. It is inevitably going to drift a long way downwind before impact. Try attacking from directly downwind, with the correct fuse setting. 

Thanks Razo+r for the comment about the bug: I'd not noticed that, and it may account for issues I've had.
