This issue was reported a while ago. Here is its description:

  • Destruction on Mission Start: client sees buildings removed, but trees remain.
  • Destruction with Once trigger:
    • When client is already connected: buildings and trees are removed.
    • When client connects after it occurred: client sees buildings removed, but trees remain.

Does it match what you witness?

It only worked for me in this case. I set a "once trigger" and set the condition "ejected from the plane".
But the objects will not be destroyed for new clients, we'll have to destroy them again.
I think if I make a "repeat trigger" it won't be very good
