Spangdahlem wrong TACAN frequency in the information window

Thanks the great job!

I noticed that in the information window for Spangdahlem, the TACAN frequency is 100X, but the effective is 32X.

Correct. In the beacons.lua is coded 32 but lacks the frequency definition.
