Wingman trying to kill me

Hello,
In the first mission when you are on the initial for runway 21R, leads tells us to go echelon left, and the guy that is in my right wing tries to cross through me to my left wing provoking a mid air collision and killing me, it happened to me two times.

I attach the tacview of the flight in this case I manage to survive the previous one I didint.

Sorry, you'll need to send this to ED please. I can only tell the AI what to do, but how to change formations, that's up to ED's code. It's also a dynamic situation. I found that if I fly proper formation and don't move around too much, the AI manages to swap sides easily.
