Either DCS 2.9.15.9509 DCS 2.9.15.9599 change broke the X: cockpit perform clickable action trigger. I had several missions using this trigger and now none of those triggers work. How can I fix it?

I'm currently editing several Training Missions that employ that trigger, and I can assure you that the trigger is still working fine. What may have happened is that a Module update has altered either the device number (unlikely), the command (more likely), or the values that it accepts.

For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra

I'm using the F-18C Module. I wonder if it's new DTC mod. I have several set for mission start and none of them work.  I would think that some of them would still work. II will review them thanks for the info.

Yes, it could be that .. I'm using the MiG-21 (which has no data cartridge) and my cockpit triggers work fine, like this:

If you attach the mission I can inspect some of those triggers to take a look (if you want ofc)
