Flag on the pilot's arm

Hi, could any kind soul tell me where I can find this pilot's graphic and be able to add his country's flag and how to place it in the lua file? I have looked for it in world, in bazaar, in su-25 liveris, but nothing, no luck. Thank you and best regards.
