Chaff Deployment While not in Parameters as set in DTC/E

Issue Encountered: Countermeasures Sys will deploy 6 chaff (Default AUTO 2, or modified AUTO 1 (6xChaff, 0xFlare)) when out of parameters as set by DTC/E

Specifically CMS aft to activate jammer to Mode 1, while AE (Arleigh Burke) and E3 are detected by RWR (in search). DTC/E has E3 set to a modified AUTO 3 (No Chaff or Flare Deployment), and Arleigh Burke set to Launch for a Modified AUTO 1 (6xChaff). Arleigh Burke is not tracking or firing. (Note this was on TTI SOCAL 1 MP Server (Cauc)) (This was run 3x and all 3x DTC was confirmed to have loaded by modified Chaff/Flare Bingo States.)(Search/Track radar states in DTC/E set to modified AUTO 3 (No Chaff or Flare Deployment) as "NONE" deploys 1 flare when activating jammer (CMS AFT) in SEMI, Launch radar states are set to a modified AUTO 1 (6xChaff, 0xFlare); Nothing set to AUTO 2 (This makes it easy to see when new units are added or something resets))

There should be no scenario where the sys kicks out 6 chaff without a missile warning, yet activating jammer (CMS aft), kicks out 6 chaff.

I have attached my DTC file.

When in doubt - climb. Nobody ever collided with air.

I'm not OP, but I've experienced similar issues and can reproduce consistently. Attached miz and trk for demonstration, as well as an export of the DTC.

Steps taken:
1.) Configured DTC with all auto programs set to NONE for all emitter types, set to load automatically on mission start.
2.) Spawned in, sent wingman out to spread formation.
3.) Set countermeasures mode to Semi.
4.) Sent wingman to trail formation.

Once my wingman popped up on RWR while in Semi mode, I was prompted to counter (audibly, despite setting REQCTR to unchecked in the DTC options; Unrelated but thought I'd mention). I acknowledged with CMS aft at that point and it fired my Bypass program.

Hmm, sure enough looking at the dtc file in notepad++ I see REQCTR is set to TRUE. Messing around with it a bit further the issue only seemed to happen with this specific .dtc file, brand new files seem to work just fine. After a few permutations of importing/saving/uploading to the jet to try to nail down the difference of why it's happening with that import but not with a brand new file it suddenly stopped happening... Might've been something weird I was doing *shrug*. If I manage to consistently reproduce that issue I'll open a bug report for it, otherwise let's just assume I pressed a wrong button somewhere.

Apologies for not getting back to this; I have been TDY to a remote site and did not have access to my PC; I am uploading that days files (most of it is my testing DTC if I remember correctly) *Looks like 2x comments to get both from that date in.

2nd file; I will mark BIGNEWY's 2nd post as solution and Admin can re-open if desired or if more info is needed; (I am putting all Auto Programs to no deployment and it has prevented undesired deployments)
