Not even off by a second. Make sure it is synced by a valid time source.If that doesn't help, check if your Anti-Virus solution has snagged some files. Then you need to exclude the DCS folders in your solution and perform another repair. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk

WIndows defender indicated nothing out of the ordinary, already have exception for DCS.
