Ability to use voice chat in server without running DCS

There really should be a way to connect to voice chat and talk without having to run DCS and connect to a server. I very often will do ATC/C2 things in multiplayer servers without using the F10 map therefore not even running DCS. Since I don't run DCS while doing this, SRS is the only option for voice communication. I know this is a big thing a few multiplayer servers are waiting on before they make the swap from SRS.

Definitely supporting this as well. I quite often don't have access to my gaming rig, but have LOTATC running on my laptop. Currently we need to use SRS so I can provide service to the other guys in our squadron, but I'd love to switch to the built in voice client if there was an external client available.
