resolved DCS Launcher

For some reason, the launcher is positioned so high that the top half is completely cut off.  I have never messed with any of the launcher settings except to turn it on or off.  It seems impossible to drag down, I can not even see the part showing the size preference of the launcher window. I care less about what happened but if anyone knows how to fix this, it would be great.

are you running the launcher in a larger scale or just x1 ? 

Does your desktop resolution match the recommended in windows?

I can not see the size to answer and I could not say it wasn't somehow clicked by accident.  And the resolution is set to native. I tried to find the file to manipulate the launcher position/size for a fix but I could not find it.

You can drag the launcher by right mouse button at any part of Launcher window. No need to point to the top left icon. as long as you can see part of the launcher you should be able to move it.
