Ultraleap 3D adaptator for Reverb G2 ?

Does anybody know a good 3D printable model to attach the Ultraleap (NOT the Leap) to the Reverb G2 ?

I personally used a command hook strip for ages

I used a piece of pvc pipe and shaped it to suit the v2 and G2 with a heat gun, then just re heated it to suit the shape of the quest 3
