Watch out, stupid question: do I have to install the liveries in a paid campaign?

Especially with the campaigns by Baltic Dragon, I find an extra livery folder in the campaign files. Do I have to manually install those liveries?

No, if they are in the DLC campaign files, they will work and be loaded in the mission that use them. No need to install it manually unless they are optional and uploaded separately.
