Bail out animation wrong and disconnected

When you bail out your head disconnects from your body and you can see the pilot animation of him climbing out of the cockpit, then you fall through the plane floor and join the body again as you float down.

When you land the body then again disconnects from the head and lands and lies down, the body then gets back up and joins the head again, a very Frankenstein moment :).
