Hello

I am trying to use the HUD and HMD to designate a ground target (using TDC), I have ATFLIR mounted as well

issue is in both, HMD and HUD as below can be seen in track attached, in same order

** first I make sure to set FLIR as SOI and snow plow, then:

1- HUD: when made SOI and pressed TDC the designation box does not appear on the Velocity Vector, it appears somewhere else

2- HMD: when made SOI and pressed TDC the designation box appears but keep moving like its drifting or shifting, it's not ground stabilized

if someone can please review and let me know if I am doing something wrong

Hi,

we have checked and can see you are having issues in the track replay, but when we take control and try ourselves all is ok.

Could you please double check your axis assignments, look for double inputs ect.

When you press the TDC with HUD as SOI, it will produce the box on the FLIR POV. If you think it should be different and have public evidence please dm me

thank you

@BIGNEWYyou saved my life 🙂 when you mentioned "check your axis assignments" they were good, but I thought what if my TDC (mini joystick) moves a little when I depress

so I tried to use keyboard button for designation "Enter" and it worked fine, no shifting

so I went ahead and I added a dead zone of 20 on both x and y axis for the TDC and BOOOOM it's working now

Thank you!

Glad you got it fixed, but you really likely only need a 2 or 3 deadzone (which will make it more immediately responsive).  I'd test and see where you need and keep it as low as possible.
