What are bugs What are pilot error?

Would be nice if Mag3 can make a statement. To list what they have found to be actual bugs based on user feedback? And what is just "learn to fly the thing"

I know the crazy wingman thing is a bug. Not being able to trap, when carrier is going south is also obviously a bug.

 

But what about water injection. It doesn't seem to work?

The extreme need for trim? Is it really that unstable or is it a bug. I have problems holding a steady climb of just 500 feet a minute. As every few seconds, the aircraft gets so untrimmed i have to adjust both aileron and rudder trim constantly. Making it hard to hold the aircraft steady.

Are ther other reported bugs mag3 have found and are working on?

Good topic, many want to know, some RL planes I fly require constant trim, and anticipating the turns with rudder, others don't.

Corsair I don't know,if it need constant trim, but it has a big propeller, lots of power, and a long nose.

If you belive Pappy Boyington, he managed to fly for hours. By holding the stick in place with some rubber bands and rope. He claim he even could nap that way. I'm not one to blindly belive an American writing about his war experiences. 

But IF it was true. Then obviously that wouldn't be possible in our corsair.

I think a lot of us feel the same way here, @Gunfreak.  Based on feedback from Mag3 themselves, the list of "known issues" at launch paled in comparison to the ED "list" accompanying the release into EA.  

A buddy and I were just discussing this very topic today and postulated starting an online tracker for all the bugs that have been reported by the community.  Alas, I think such an endeavor becomes an immediate ban by ED CMs as well as having unintended consequences of jabbing more at mag3 than providing visibility into the issues.  

I don't have any idea how big mag3 is, but certainly judging from their presence here, they appear to be mostly a one-person band.  

We can hope for some clarity on some of these more egregious issues - I just don't expect movement anytime soon.  If mag3 is as small as I suspect, I'd rather them spend time fixing/testing than administering to community management.

It would be great if there is some official list of bugs to be fixed or things to be improved.
