Cockpit Argument for the Yak-52

I am trying to make a mission which requires the radio tuning knobs to be set to a certain frequency to activate a trigger. So, the item numbers are 88 for the MHz knob and 89 for the KHz knob with the ranges from 0,-90 and 0,110 respectively. How does the knob rotation range equate to the argument range in this case?

I’ve asked on the Mission Builders Facebook page but got no response.
