KoinSoz Posted Friday at 06:20 PM Posted Friday at 06:20 PM As the title says, i made a custom livery for the Essex but i cant get it to show in game, the drop down list for liveries only shows "default" no matter what i do. It works fine on the Model viewer, all texture load no error on log. Installing it on Savedgames/liveries/Essex_Class_Carrier_1944 as thats is the folder name on coremods so i assume its the correct one. doing the same procedure with the kuznetsov and the other CVNs work as intended. there is a real chance that i'm doing something wrong but i believe ive tried all i could. if any can help that would be much appreciated
Solution ggrewe Posted Friday at 09:44 PM Solution Posted Friday at 09:44 PM Confused me as well, as there is a livery folder called Essex_Class_Carrier_1944, with the module? But if you open the ships LUA file the correct livery folder will be: GT.Name = "Essex" I've attached the folder (no textures) but with a full extract of Description LUA, incl. some custom arguments (at the bottom) - if you want to open some of the side hangers etc. Just remove the "--" in front of the specific arguments at the bottom. Essex.7z 4 1
