resolved Unable to update to newest patch: 2.9.17.12034

Hi, I am unable to update to the newest patch. Seems the updater does not have permission to remove ed_sound.dll and DCS.exe when cleaning up after the update. I did a repair and slow file checker, no luck. Excluded DCS folder in the antivirus as well. Any Ideas?

Hi, 

this is usually due to real time antivirus scans. 

Reboot the pc, and try the update again, it usually helps.

I did exclude the sound.dll file in the antivirus and restarted, Thanks for the assistance.
