Gunfreak Posted yesterday at 01:04 PM Posted yesterday at 01:04 PM This is something I've noticed since the release of the module. When I'm on the carrier. I hold the breaks and throttle up to max MP and RPM. Sometimes this causes the aircraft to lean forward and i have to let go of the brakes before the prop hits the deck. This is how it should be. No warbird in DCS can hold still with max power. However in the Corsair. About half the time. I can go max power. And can hold the breaks indefinitely. The nose does not dip forever. It doesn't seem to be a bug related to power as the aircraft takes off fine wether it's can or can't hold the breaks. So it might be some bug related to the carrier. Mabye the back wheel sticks or something. But I'm quite sure it's not supposed to happen like that. i7 13700k @5.2ghz, GTX 5090 OC, 128Gig ram 4800mhz DDR5, M2 drive.
PL_Harpoon Posted yesterday at 10:44 PM Posted yesterday at 10:44 PM Did you hold the stick all the way back in both cases?
GTFreeFlyer Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago How about wind over deck? Are you starting on a carrier each time? Switching back and forth from airfield to carrier? Is the carrier always facing the same angle into the same wind speed? I haven’t noticed anything like this yet, but it is an early access module and anything is possible. I think so you'll have to check. 4 hours ago, GTFreeFlyer said: How about wind over deck? Are you starting on a carrier each time? Switching back and forth from airfield to carrier?
