spidierox Posted July 25 Posted July 25 Hi Guys, Wondering if you still need to align the seeker of the AGM65D with the ATP pod ? I didn't recall Waggs mentioning this in his video where he handed off the target to the AGM. Actually the AGM seeker is (magically) right spot on ! So I was wondering how he did this, as I tried it and the AGM seeker is offset below and left to the center of the ATP which results ofcourse in no target being selected by the AGM... kind regards, Spidierox
Ivandrov Posted July 25 Posted July 25 Yes, the Maverick seeker needs to be boresighted. It's the same procedure as the LITENING pod. 1
Solution Moonshine Posted July 25 Solution Posted July 25 from a cold start you need to boresight just like we are used to. from airstart and hot start it magically is perfect. wags video was most likely an airstart, hence its perfectly on target 1
