reported CMDS Release Interval

The release interval is limited to 250ms (appears as 0.25).  Any input lower than this value in the mission editor will result in the value being automatically reset to 250ms. 

A good video exists online showing a Hornet releasing flares in a program with a faster interval than what is currently possible in DCS.
