Game crash when starting from UI Launcher -

Starting  DCS without the launcher appears to resolve the issue.  Exactly the same issue on DCS 2.9.18.12899, logs are from 2.9.18.12722

Method:

1. Ensure  UI launcher is enabled in settings
2. Launch DCS, UI starts
3. Select start DCS
4. UI closes, DCS does not start, crash

Workaround:

1. Disable UI launcher in DCS settings
2. Re-boot Windows - You need to do this if on the last attempted DCS start it crashed
3. Launch DCS,  DCS launches normally
    

This is 100% reproducible for me, I'm not sure when the issue was actually introduced, as I upgraded twice without starting DCS over the last month and also installed the F4U.

hello. during one of your recent DCS updates, did you install the C++ 14.44.35211? i am unsure what effect this has on the launcher.
