Missing "Head Up Display System" on the roadmap

In the article DCS: CH-47 FAQ, under the section ‘Features that will be available during Early Access,’ one of the items listed is ‘Head-up display systems.’  
However, this feature is missing from the ROADMAP. Has the "Head-Up Display System" been removed from development?
