Adding FM Presets From the COMM Page Results in ERR

Adding and editing FM presets from the cockpit appears to be broken. After entering a valid VHF FM frequency (let's say 33.000) and hitting ENTER, the frequency display just flashes ERR and resets the entered frequency to 30.000.

The issue only seems to be present on the FM (1) radio; entering UHF or VHF AM presets worked fine for me.

Interestingly enough, FM frequencies are accepted when omitting the trailing 0: 33.00 + ENTER (+ ENTER again for the name of the preset) stores the frequency.

And entering a value like 33.05 + ENTER shifts the frequency to 33.500.

Looks like the handling of the frequency portion after the decimal point might be broken.

Thanks Jimothy-Jones on the ED Discord for suggesting to omit the last "0"! That at least looks like a workaround.
