Patch 1.0.1 Rus Cockpit Eng ABRIS ?

Before the Patch, it was possible to setup the cockpit to have Russian labels and HUD, but with an English ABRIS, by changing a setting in this file:

 

\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50\Scripts\Aircrafts\Ka-50\Cockpit\ localizer.lua

 

But this file doesn´t seem to exist anymore after the patch.

 

Is it possible to do that anywhere else now after the Patch ?

What about for the Ekran? is it in a new location?

Editing the localizer.lua changes both EKRAN and ABRIS to english in a Russian cockpit.

Can i do it with notepad?

Not sure on what you have to change, but you should not do it with notepad. Under some conditions standard notepad can corrupt the syntax of those files, with bad results.

Lancelot, use Notepad ++ and edit the first line of the localizer.lua like this

 

country = "EN"

if LockOn_Options.cockpit_language == "russian" then

country = "EN"

end
