investigating FACQ for MSI targets automatically sets elevation when elevation is not moved after spawn, but broken after player moves elevation

As title says, if you touch elevation and then try to FACQ a MSI target, whether it's set to L+S or not, it will try to acquire the target at current elevation. If you don't touch elevation since spawn, the function works as intended. Also, as seen in the "FACQ_wo_moving_elevation.trk" track, TDC depress to designate MSI targets and NWS to switch MSI targets seem to work only periodically.

Can we get an update with this? Ran into the same issue today and it's very frustrating. FACQ should be basically one click lock
